Shipping Conditions

We currently offer shipping within Germany and internationally. For orders within Germany, shipping is free of charge. For international orders, shipping costs are variable and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Unless stated otherwise, orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (or after payment confirmation for pre-paid orders). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

For orders containing items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together unless otherwise arranged. The delivery time in such cases will correspond to the item with the longest delivery period.

Return Policy

Return Conditions

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with all original tags and labels attached, and remain unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

To proceed with a return, please complete the return form included in your order. Make sure to enclose this form in your return package with clear details of your request.

Once your return has been received and verified, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If the return meets our conditions, we will process your request within 2–3 business days.

Refunds for full-priced items will be issued to your original payment method. Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
