Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Passion Mode GmbH, Bataverstraße 97, 41462 Neuss, Germany, E-mail: info@passionmode.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will confirm it by e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

For returns within Germany, a return shipping fee of €2.95 per return label will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. Customers returning goods from outside Germany are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
