Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (excluding the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Passion Mode GmbH, Bataverstraße 97, Neuss, Email: info@passionmode.de) with a clear statement of your decision (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, though it is not required. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will confirm via email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the withdrawal right is sent before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option). The refund will be processed without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

You are required to return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please be advised that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
